MAXIMIZING YOUR GREATEST ASSETS FOR PROFITING GROWTH

Picturing a great future for yourself isn’t enough.

You need to truly utilize the resources and tools in your hands to create that future you picture.
Yes, you have all it takes to step into success.

Your future is not a miracle or mystery, it is something you must deliberately step into.

Now, apart from being born, what do you think is your greatest assets?

Before diving into that, let me stress here what I mean by profiting growth.

Profiting growth is NOT in cash alone, yes it could mean financial gain but beyond that, it also entails your worth.

It also means the results gotten from your actions and the value you’re able to acquire from your efforts.

You can profit from your growth by having quality relationships with people which ordinarily you wouldn’t have gotten access to. 80% of the people in my circle today including my coaches, mentors, business partners, intentional friends are people I haven’t met before.

I have profited from having them in my network and I have easy access to them now.

Profiting could also give you the opportunity to collaborate with some key influencers that ordinarily you wouldn’t have been able to.

Hence, do not limit yourself to financial profits alone. It is a very shallow way of thinking and it shows the state of your mind. Trust me, you’ll not go far. Seek to get value first. That’s your major step to a profiting growth, the financial profits will follow suit.

Having said that, let’s move forward.

I’m going to dwell on two of your major assets which is your POWER OF CHOICE and POWER OF FOCUS.

Now when you truly analysis these assets, you’d realize it is only you, I mean YOU alone can utilize it.

YOUR POWER OF CHOICE

Your choice is your decision to do anything in this world. You have to make choice to move in the direction you ought to.

It is your choice to create your reality, it is your choice to read a book, it is your choice to pay and attend a training, it is your choice to attend a seminar, conference, workshop.

These are decisions nobody can make for you.

Although, When we were all young, what we do is largely as a result of the choices made by our parents together with the overwhelming influence of the society. It is a fact that we all, as children, have no choice but to conform to the influence of those things that are about us. We act on the decisions made for us. Right?

But there comes a time when the baton is dropped in your hands, when it actually becomes your power.

As you move on in life, you’ll get to a crossroad where you’ll have to decide whether to turn left or right. To do one thing or another, to say yes or no. In the midst of all these, what are your choices?

The choices you make attracts or repels people from you. It will also determine the sets of people that will be around you. Remember what I said about profiting growth?

Now, What choices are you making? It’s a question to ponder on.

Guess what, even God respects your choices and rewards you for the choices you make. God gives you the options in life; He allows you the free will to make a choice, but He also tells you the best choice to make.

“… I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants” (Deut 30:19)

Life obeys your choices, the nature obeys your choices.

Now you see your choice is actually your asset and power

If you truly utilize it, you’ll experience profiting growth.

THE POWER OF FOCUS

This is focusing on the choices you have made. When you make a choice and focus on it, there’s nothing that can stop from stepping into the future or reality you created for yourself.

As a person of purpose, you need to be focus else you may not accomplish much in life.
I’d be using an acronym to explain better.

F – Fullfillment
O – Opportunity
C – Concentration
U – Understanding
S – Simplify / Selective

Been focused on your choices gives you fulfillment because you’ve been able to know your direction and action plan. Imagine hitting your goals consistently, it gives you FULLFILLMENT that will actually propel you to take more action and move forward.

Been focused helps you identify the right OPPORTUNITIES for you. Naturally, we get easily distracted and everyday we’re bombarded with so many activities especially online. There are lots of information which of course are not terrible but it is important you recognize the right ones for you. You can only achieve that when you know your focus.

Been focused makes you CONCENTRATE on what’s important. You can’t be everything but you can be something. You don’t have to be seen everywhere.

The more focused you become, the more you UNDERSTAND your journey, the more you gain clarity about yourself. Like I’ll always say clarity is a journey, there’s no end in the school of life.

By been SELECTIVE, you become effective because you have an action plan you’re working with. You’ll not be distracted.

Also been focused SIMPLIFIES your journey. It helps you evaluate every activities you engaged in and been able to assess yourself.

I didn’t say it’s going to be an easy journey but then you truly know where you’re heading to.

Let me end with this, make the right choices for yourself. Take the decision of creating your future.

When you leave your growth to chances, and assume things will fall into place like magic, you’d suddenly realized that all the time you were “hoping” that one day, God would help you, what you actually needed was the understanding that everything you need to succeed have been in your hands.

When you take a decision and focus on your choices, nothing in this world can place a limit on you because you already won before you came.

You were already a success before you started.

However, the word won’t work you work. Faith walks with work.
